Whitney, you really captured the essence of the Weisses Rössl experience. It took us almost 33 years to actually use our handmade Tiroler Gröstl pans. Thank you BB. It was sublime. We won’t wait so long for the next time. Mom🏔️

I spent a couple of weeks in Trento a long while back, and I'd been low-key looking for a good cookbook from that region (and thereabouts). I'll have to check out "Alpine Cooking".
